I had a great stay at this venue! The hotel is conveniently located close to a tram station which made it very easy to get around. The staff went above and beyond with their service and were very accommodating to my needs. The rooms were spacious and clean with great amenities, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The spa services were excellent, and the staff were very skilled in massage techniques. The hotel also offers free Wi-Fi which made it great to stay connected while away from home. I had a fantastic experience here!
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in this area.

The location of the hotel was incredible. It was right next to the tram, making it easy to travel to top attractions like Sultanahmed. We also enjoyed walking along the nearby promenade. The room was comfortable and clean, with a nice bathroom and strong water pressure in the shower. The service was excellent, with attentive staff who took care of every detail. The breakfast area was impressive, with a great selection of food. We also appreciated the facilities, such as the gym and sauna.

The location is amazing, close to the port, restaurants, and cafes. The staff are really good, making you feel like family. The breakfast is great and the rooms are perfect. The hotel is clean and offers a comfortable stay. The amenities are complete and the bedding is of excellent quality.

Great central location, close to tram, boats, and metro station. Walking distance to the market and Taksim. Galataport is right on the doorstep. High hygiene standards. Lovely trees at the entrance. Fantastic staff, from reception to restaurant, all friendly and helpful. Wonderful smells of breakfast in the morning. Hotel design is great, surrounded by cafes and restaurants. Close to Galata and Kabatas, with a 20-minute walk to Taksim. Staff are extremely lovely and helpful.

During my recent stay at Root Karakoy, I was impressed by the excellent hospitality and friendly staff. They were really good too make my experience enjoyable, providing helpful tips for exploring the city. The location was also very central, making it easy to access various areas in Istanbul. The breakfast provided was of high quality and the rooms were clean, modern, and functional. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great service and convenient location.

The staff were friendly and cute, making me feel right at home. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, with everything perfectly maintained. The hotel facilities were great, including a spa and an excellent gym facility. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was close to everything. It was within walking distance of many attractions and landmarks, as well as being conveniently located near mosques. the hotel was surrounded by a variety of restaurants, providing plenty of options for delicious meals. Lastly, the breakfast provided at the hotel was excellent, offering a wide range of tasty choices to start the day off right.
